Consent to processing an enquiry

By ticking the separate, initially unchecked consent box and submitting the form, I voluntarily consent to KSOR AITI LLC processing my enquiry.

Purpose and data

The purpose is to receive and review my request and contact me using the telephone number provided. Data includes my supplied name, telephone number, enquiry time and page, consent indicator and document version. A patronymic is not required.

After I tick the box, Yandex SmartCaptcha loads to protect the form. Yandex.Cloud LLC processes technical device, browser, IP, request and verification-token data under its data notice and terms, including the described service operation and improvement uses. Processing and duration

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by authorised staff, technical processing by the named service, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. Enquiries are delivered to corporate email.

Consent lasts until the enquiry is resolved or consent is withdrawn. Data must then be deleted within statutory deadlines unless another lawful basis applies. Data necessary for a subsequent contract is processed on that basis.

Withdrawal and limits

To withdraw, email info@xorit.ru with information allowing us to locate the enquiry. This consent does not authorise advertising, public disclosure, sale of data or transmission of the enquiry to generative AI services. Optional analytics requires a separate choice. See the privacy policy.
