Introducing XORit Platform: AI for teamwork

Introducing XORit Platform, our new software for teamwork. Projects, tasks, documents, contracts and payments are brought together in one place. AI assistants help process financial documents and requests and create tasks, while employees review the data, make decisions and oversee the result.

AI for financial documents

The Platform extracts data from supported financial documents for incoming and outgoing payments: document type and number, date, amount, VAT, parties and tax IDs (INN). It suggests the payment direction when the payer’s or recipient’s tax ID exactly matches the organisation’s; an employee selects the direction manually if the match is ambiguous. Once the invoice data is confirmed, a planned incoming or outgoing payment is created. A payment is recorded as actual when an employee confirms that the bank has executed it and links it to the relevant record. Partial payments retain the remaining balance. Document recognition alone does not confirm that money has moved.

Financial documents are processed in a dedicated AI environment using a local model. This applies specifically to financial document recognition; other AI assistants are configured separately. An employee must review uncertain or unsupported values.

AI assistants and integrations

OpenClaw creates tasks in the Platform on behalf of the linked employee and within their permissions, then returns a task number and a link. In this workflow, files are currently attached through the Platform interface. Xora helps review requests by preparing a plan and a draft reply. An employee reviews and explicitly approves the plan, and sends the email separately. Approving the plan does not trigger automatic sending.

Once configured, corporate email is available from the Platform interface. Emails to a service mailbox can create tickets, replies continue the request thread, and attachments stay with the correspondence. An employee links the request to a counterparty and directs the work to a project. ONLYOFFICE lets employees create documents from a task, edit them in the browser and work together on the same file. Project folders and access rights remain part of the workflow.
